Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Employment Class Action Department in Irvine

Impact:

Daily Tasks:

- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Develop effective strategies for litigating wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
- Participate in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations as part of a litigation team.
- Hone your skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy through mentorship by senior attorneys.

Your Skills:

- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Strong analytical and legal research abilities.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
