Our Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a strong academic record from an accredited law school, with a minimum GPA of
• Active membership in the California or New York State Bar
• 2-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic attitude and dedicated work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing documents for responsiveness, relevance, privilege, and other issues
• Devising and running searches in Relativity to identify relevant documents
• Conducting legal research and assisting in finalizing and filing briefs and other court submissions
• Familiarity with ESI and large-scale document reviews
• Proficiency with Relativity, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to effectively communicate findings in clear oral and written summaries
• Assisting litigation team with additional projects on an as-needed basis
• Collaborating across various teams
