Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate will be facilitating necessary filings via WCAIS. Requesting and analyzing medical records. Preparing medical record summaries and IME cover letters. Assisting with discovery requests and production. Assisting with deposition, hearing and trial prep. Proactive monitoring and managing dockets and case calendars, including preparing exhibits, filings and memoranda as needed for case events.
