The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 4 years of bodily injury litigation claim handling experience, and advanced knowledge in coverage, liability, and damages analysis. The role also requires strong customer service, coaching, influence, and persuasion skills, as well as a strong understanding of business line products, policy language, and effective claims handling practices.
