Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage own caseload with oversight by partners
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Conduct research and write memorandums
- Attend hearings and court conferences
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend inspections
- Consult with expert witnesses
- Attend mediations
- Prepare for and attend trials

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Certified for Admission or Admitted in New York State and in good standing
- 2-5 years of litigation experience in bodily injury, premises liability, automobile liability, or product defect
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated excellence in research, writing, and legal analysis
- Defense litigation experience is preferred

Salary Information:
- Pay: $95,000 - $135,000 per year
