Job Title: Associate General Counsel Manager – Remote

Experience Information:

- Juris Doctorate degree required
- Current license to practice law in one or more US jurisdictions
- 8+ years of relevant professional legal experience in an attorney capacity
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Understanding of health insurance and managed care industry
- Proven expertise, judgement and presence to advise senior leadership on legal matters
- Proven success in collaborating across a matrixed business and legal environment
- Proven ability to drive results
- Proven well-developed written and verbal communications skills
