Law Firm Seeking Experienced Associate for Business, Property and Construction Law Practice Group
- Mid-sized women-owned education law firm with a statewide practice
- Representing school and community college districts
- Multiple office locations available: Sacramento, East Bay, or San Francisco
Qualifications for the Position:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional and litigation matters
- Experience in public procurement/contract negotiation for construction-related contracts
- Property law experience, including drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, and property acquisition and disposition processes
- Dispute resolution experience, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters for public entities
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail, as well as work independently
- Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
- Admission to the CA State Bar
- Public agency experience desired but not required

Competitive Salary Range:
- Anticipated annual salary wage range of $130,000 to $175,000
- Final salary offered dependent on several factors, including experience and education
