Responsibilities:
- Support multiple lawyers by proactively managing day-to-day functions of a partner's practice.
- Serve as a consultant for partners, connecting departments, projects, and critical business information.
- Ensure meetings and materials are efficient and effective.
- Act as a trusted partner to deliver against practice and client priorities.
- Support the Patent Litigation trial team, including potential travel.
- Exercise discretion and professional judgment with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain attorney Outlook calendars.
- Work closely with attorneys to keep them well informed and prepared.
- Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Handle direct interaction with clients and outside business contacts.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Coordinate department or practice group meetings.
- Participate in practice group and client team meetings.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Oversee billing matters.

Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.

Salary Information:
- The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is - per hour depending on the candidate’s geographic market location.
- Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws.
