Responsibilities:
- Handle patent litigation matters before . district courts, the . International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and other court proceedings
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Assist with case strategy and management
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar of California
- Experience in patent litigation before . district courts, the . International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent
- Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus
- Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required
