Job Title: Life Sciences Associate - IP & Commercial Transactions

Job Responsibilities:
- Advise on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology licensing.
- Provide guidance on collaborations and other commercial agreements within the life sciences sector.
- Engage in buyside private mergers and acquisitions specific to the life sciences industry.
- Collaborate with clients to navigate complex legal frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts related to IP and life sciences.
- Work closely with other legal professionals within the law firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of overall legal experience.
- At least 2 years of specialized experience in advising on life sciences-related licensing and commercial agreements.
- A high level of academic achievement is preferred.
- Solid experience working within a law firm environment is preferred.

Salary Information:
- The expected base salary for this position ranges from $365,000 to $435,000.
