Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice to companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds in areas related to growth and structures
- Focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate governance
- Solid business development foundations and some portable business required

Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience
- Knowledgeable in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate governance
- Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills
- Solid academic background
