Salary: Annualized range of $60,000 to $65,000, adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors

H2: Efficiently Manage Billing Processes and Client Relations
- Opportunity to work with a full-service law firm with approximately 700 attorneys in multiple locations across the US and internationally
- Wide range of practice areas, including corporate, financial markets, intellectual property, litigation, and more
- Focus on sophisticated, high-value legal services for clients locally, nationally, and internationally
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of billing procedures, direction of cash applications, and preparation of complex client invoices
- Actively communicate with attorneys and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Utilize computerized accounting and billing software programs to enter and compile data
- Pre-review draft bills for accuracy and make necessary revisions per client guidelines
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal assistants for invoice transmittal
- Assist accounting and collection departments with research and reconciliation of discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and conduct detailed analysis of billing inaccuracies
- Provide high-level customer service to clients and attorneys
- Maintain billing notes and client specific information
- preferred, with internship experience in business
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe
- Analytical skills and attention to detail for complex billing problems and reconciliation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Dependable team player with ability to work independently and make decisions within scope of responsibilities
- Strong math skills and ability to operate standard office equipment
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet month-end and year-end deadlines
