Miles & Stockbridge, a global AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal for their Baltimore, MD office. This hybrid role offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft complex work visa letters and respond to government requests
- Communicate with clients and provide status updates
- Prepare nonimmigrant petitions and applications
- Independently handle immigrant cases such as EB-1 Extraordinary Ability and Outstanding Researcher
- Review and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain client documentation
- Prepare RFEs for filings with USCIS
- Record and store client information in electronic filing system

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 4+ years of experience in immigration law firm setting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Demands:

- Prolonged periods of sitting and repetitive motions
- Occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Light lifting and moving of objects up to 10 pounds

Salary Information:

- Pay range of $80,500 - $114,500
- Actual pay determined by factors such as experience, skills, and market data
