In this role, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to our attorneys while gaining valuable experience in patent prosecution and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare routine correspondence, legal documents, and court filings
- Maintain patent-related files, databases, and correspondence with clients
- Monitor patent application deadlines and assist with document review and discovery requests in patent litigation matters
- Assist with non-billable activities such as CLE compliance, presentations, and training programs
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for attorneys
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up on client deadlines and appointments
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience as a legal assistant required
- Patent prosecution or litigation experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and document management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong client service focus and ability to work in a team environment
