What You Will Do:
- Utilize your 2-5 years of IP experience to handle all aspects of intellectual property litigation
- Develop court submissions related to infringement and validity, discovery, motions, and expert opinions
- Work on trial preparation and execution
- Bring your expertise in technology areas such as electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering, or material sciences
- Contribute your industry work experience in technical areas related to semiconductor, computer, networking, or software industries
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well as a team member
What You Will Need:
- A graduate degree in technology areas
- Admission to the USPTO preferred but not required
- Barred and in good standing in the state where you practice
- Strong analytical skills, writing skills, and academic record

- 2022 Class: $235,000
- 2021 Class: $260,000
