Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice to clients in the investment funds industry
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Review and analyze fund agreements and other relevant documents
- Monitor and advise on regulatory and compliance matters
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in New York or Washington, DC (or ability to waive in)
- 4+ years of experience in Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act matters
- Experience with closed-end funds is required, experience with open-end funds and/or ETFs is a plus
- Strong understanding of investment funds regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
