RSM is seeking a Manager - International Tax to join our team in various locations across the United States. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. As an International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing US and foreign multinational businesses with tax advisory and compliance services, as well as assisting with new business development and managing client needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of five years of experience in public accounting and a comprehensive understanding of tax law and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a Performance Advisor, mentor, or coach to employees
- Advise clients on US and foreign tax law and how it impacts their business decisions
- Review US international information reporting forms
- Manage corporate international client needs for tax services and compliance
- Stay up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business degree
- Active CPA or JD with State Bar
- Minimum of five years of experience in public accounting with a focus in international tax
- Comprehensive understanding of tax law and implications
- Experience with international tax compliance and forms
- Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with a national or large regional accounting firm
