Key Responsibilities:
Florida Notary and proficiency in title/real estate terminologies are required.
Analyze and clear titles as needed.
Order title products and follow through with the process to completion.
Effectively multi-task and transition between various projects.
Follow instructions and work independently to complete tasks.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, lenders, and team members.
Experience with E-Closing processes is preferred.
Assist with third-party reconciliation.
Collaborate with the Closer/Real Estate Manager.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Excel, and open to learning new software products.
Qualifications:
Florida Notary and strong knowledge of title/real estate terminology are required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in title processing and real estate assistance is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Word, Adobe , and Excel. Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
