Law Firm Seeking A/R Specialist 2 with Experience in Corporate Accounting and Finance

- Corporate Staff position in the Corporate Accounting & Finance department
- Full-time, remote or hybrid opportunity
- Intermediate understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley required
- Must have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of accounting clerk experience preferred

Responsibilities:

- Posting payments in a timely manner
- Reconciling accounts as needed
- Processing credit card payments
- Running Aging Reports upon request
- Applying unallocated payments
- Performing payment reversals
- Responding to audit requests
- Assisting with client ACH Setups
- Completing vendor forms
- Processing refunds using Chrome River

Requirements:

- 2+ years of accounting clerk experience
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office, document management, accounting, imaging, and database software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Superior organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Regular and predictable attendance required
