Paralegal-General Litigation/Personal Injury The candidate should have Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a Bachelor's degree. Must have 3-5 years of experience in NJ and NY conducting verdict searches, handling preparation of discovery motions, knowledge of NJ court rules, time entries, and billing experience to meet daily billable hours requirement.
