Job Title: Tax Senior - Business Tax Services - Federal/Corporate Tax (West Region Office Locations)

Salary Range: $68,420 to $144,300
Locations: 7 locations in West Region (Costa Mesa, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA; Portland, OR; Sacramento, CA; Seattle, WA; Tempe, AZ)

Position Summary:
- Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to large global and dynamic midsize clients
- Solve complex federal tax issues across multiple jurisdictions and countries
- Work within a hybrid work model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities:
- Review federal tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals
- Coordinate with client's tax and finance departments for tax planning and compliance data gathering
- Research federal tax legislation and assist with tax consulting projects
- Manage engagement workflow and supervise tax consultants and interns

The Team:
- Dynamic team with professionals of varying backgrounds
- Provides expertise to clients to integrate tax strategy into their business operations
- Assists with global tax challenges and transforms tax departments for greater impact and efficiency

Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in preparing and reviewing federal tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Active accreditation such as CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, CFA, or CFP
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on client needs

Preferred:
- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM
- Previous experience at Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Experience in virtual and/or global environment
- Passion for leveraging technology and exploring new solutions
- Knowledge of ASC 740 and excellent research and writing skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
