Salary: Competitive (Base salary range: $81,200 - $133,900 in all US locations, $97,500 - $152,100 in New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento))

Job Description:
- Prepare and review complex individual tax returns for high net worth individuals and families
- Provide income tax planning and advice to clients
- Collaborate with other specialists in areas such as International tax and asset management to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Research tax issues and develop effective tax planning strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Stay updated on technical tax knowledge and share best practices
- Identify and respond to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes
Responsibilities:
- Perform high quality preparation and review of complex tax returns
- Handle hedge fund and private equity K-1s
- Research tax issues and develop effective tax planning strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Stay updated on technical tax knowledge and share best practices
- Identify and respond to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with significant tax or financial planning experience
- CPA license or licensed Attorney, or ability to obtain certification
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization
- Thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning
- Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
- Thorough understanding of automated tax processing systems and laws
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven record in high net-worth tax planning
- Proven record in a professional services environment
- Experience working on multiple teams and prioritizing workload
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to work with internal and client team members
