In this role, you will use your legal expertise to represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and handle client audits. You will also have the opportunity to perform administrative and management duties as needed. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court
- Prepare and draft legal documents

- Respond to external client audits

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in California
- Excellent research skills
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Experience in federal court or civil litigation is a plus

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday
