Job Requirements
To be considered for a lateral partner position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a specific practice area
- Established client base
- Strong academic credentials
- Active bar membership in at least one state
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and business development abilities
