We are currently seeking a Senior Counsel to join our growing in-house coverage litigation firm. This role will involve representing **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in state and federal court for insurance coverage disputes in various locations such as New York, California, and Massachusetts. We are looking for an experienced litigator with a strong understanding of insurance coverage and the ability to serve as lead counsel on complex cases.

What You Will Do

As Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including arguing motions, handling trials, and managing all phases of the litigation process. You will also provide legal advice and recommendations to business partners on complex matters and maintain awareness of legal developments through research and attending seminars and conferences. Other responsibilities include mentoring and coaching less senior attorneys and utilizing technology to improve the practice of law.

What We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and be admitted to the Bar in good standing in New York, California, or Massachusetts. They should have at least six years of experience in complex insurance coverage disputes and a strong understanding of Auto, General Liability, and/or Property insurance coverage. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following competencies:
