Duties:

Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support litigation.
Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitration sessions.
Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload effectively.
Collaborate closely with partners on multifaceted litigation matters.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, mediators, and other stakeholders.
Engage in strategic discussions and assist in case planning.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in handling insurance coverage disputes.
Strong background in complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, depositions, and mediation.
Extensive experience in representing clients in various insurance coverage matters (., general liability, pollution liability, professional liability).

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

Certifications:

Active admission to the California State Bar.
