Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as sales contracts, strategic partnerships, and licensing agreements

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in commercial transactions, preferably in-house or at a law firm, with a focus on sales contracts, partnerships, and IP
- 1+ years of management experience
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive favorable outcomes in complex deal structures
- Deep understanding of intellectual property principles and their application in commercial agreements
- Business-minded approach with the ability to balance risk mitigation with growth objectives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for business stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
