Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file applications with USCIS, Immigration Court, and other immigration agencies
- Communicate with clients to gather evidence and information for their case
- Draft affidavits and motions for filing with the Immigration Court
- Electronically file applications and requests
- Organize and manage case deadlines
- Enter information into case management software

Requirements:

- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- College education or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
