Overview:

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a consulting and legal firm focused on the health care industry, is seeking a Senior Manager to join their team in Chicago. In this role, the Senior Manager will work on a variety of projects related to health care policy, strategy, and reimbursement, with a specific focus on State Health Care Transformation. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, at least 8 years of experience in the health care industry, and a strong background in one or more of the following areas: Medicaid policy and strategy, behavioral health, legislative and regulatory analysis, health care consulting, or alternative experience in clinical care delivery. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading project work streams, providing qualitative and quantitative analyses, developing and delivering presentations, and building and maintaining client relationships. The role also includes overseeing and mentoring junior consultants. The compensation for this position is based on years of relevant experience and advanced degrees, ranging from $185,000 to $225,000. Responsibilities:

- Lead project work streams from start to finish, including developing work plans, managing milestones, communicating with clients and internal teams, and managing deliverables.
- Utilize subject matter expertise to provide analyses and recommendations on complex health care issues.
- Develop and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences, including executive level.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee and mentor junior consultants, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in public health, business administration, public administration, public policy, health administration, health care management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the health care industry, with demonstrated expertise in one or more areas.
- Experience in Medicaid policy and strategy, behavioral health, legislative and regulatory analysis, health care consulting, or alternative experience in clinical care delivery is highly desired.
- Strong project management and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in a professional services consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
