Corporate Counsel (Satellites) - Project Kuiper

Services LLC is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join the Legal team supporting Project Kuiper, an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites for global broadband connectivity. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of legal experience, a Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent, and experience in transactional and technology licensing.

Responsibilities:

- Support Kuiper commercial customer and channel partner contracts in North America and South America
- Structure, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements
- Counsel the business team on legal issues that arise in customer and partner engagements
- Develop strategies for handling legal issues in a business-centric manner
- Build processes that address risk and allow for business flexibility and agility

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in both corporate law firm and in-house work
- Fluency in Spanish language
