Job Summary:
- Seeking a bright, energetic, and self-motivated attorney to join the Product & Commercial Legal team at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
- Provide legal guidance for enterprise contracts in healthcare and transit lines of business within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Business
- Experience in technology company or as a product counsel is beneficial

Responsibilities:
- Advise on legal framework for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s B2B rideshare businesses, including healthcare and transit offerings
- Provide legal advice for new and ongoing initiatives for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Business rideshare product team
- Assist with contract drafting and negotiation for enterprise contracts, including HIPAA Business Associate Agreements
- Conduct legal research on federal and state healthcare laws and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and legal stakeholders
- Analyze legal and business issues related to contracts, healthcare, transit, consumer protection laws, privacy, and employment

Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years of legal experience in law firm and/or in-house
- Membership in a state bar with good standing
- Experience in contracts and commercial transactions
- Government contracting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and apply traditional laws to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s technology platform and rideshare business
- Ability to collaborate, build trust, and educate team members and colleagues

Schedule & Salary:
- In-office position with hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Expected base pay range in San Francisco area: $144,000 - $180,000, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location
