Job Title: Senior International Tax (Investment Management)
Experience: 3+ years
Salary Range: $73,500 to $161,200
Department: Tax International Tax and Transfer Pricing
Location: Multiple (14 locations)

Position Summary:

- Seeking a strategic thinker with first-hand knowledge of the private equity and investment management industries
- Providing tax consulting and compliance services to and foreign clients while identifying and analyzing complex issues

Responsibilities:

- Work within an engagement team to provide tax consulting and compliance services to various client types
- Identify basic and complex tax issues and provide tax analysis and recommendations
- Prepare and review work papers, allocations, and tax returns for partnerships and corporations
- Research and prepare materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations
- Develop tax projection calculations and models to analyze tax structuring alternatives and planning opportunities
- Utilize proprietary technologies to streamline tax compliance processes for clients
- Supervise less experienced tax consultants

- Global leader in providing professional services to the Investment Management industry
- Works with clients to address critical issues brought on by regulatory changes, competition, globalization, and advances in technology
- Comprised of over 1,400 partners, principals, and employees providing a spectrum of tax services to a broad range of Investment Management companies

Qualifications:

Required:

- 3+ years of experience providing tax planning and/or compliance services
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other business-related field
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Active accreditation as a Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
- If not CPA eligible, must be a Licensed attorney or Enrolled Agent

Preferred:

- Previous Big 4 experience
- Experience with partnership, funds, and/or international taxation
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
