As a Manager in the Regulatory Compliance and Conduct Practice, you will work with leading financial institutions to address regulatory feedback, enhance compliance programs, and achieve long-lasting results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading engagement team, interacting with clients' top executives and firm leadership
- Providing guidance and expertise to develop strategic solutions
- Delivering high-quality work product and staying informed of industry trends
- Managing all aspects of engagement, including project monitoring, risk management, and budget
- Mentoring and shaping junior consultants' careers
- Cultivating business development opportunities and fostering an inclusive team-oriented work environment.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Knowledge of regulatory and risk management updates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical skills for understanding financial services industry processes
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience or graduate degree and 4 years of consulting experience
- Degree in finance, accounting, law, or related discipline preferred
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience with federal regulatory agencies or financial services organizations
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations for compliance management systems and risk management programs
- Experience with compliance program assessment, design, and implementation
- Knowledge of consumer lending products and regulations
- Experience with internal controls and testing for financial services business processes
