We are looking for someone with experience in transactional or corporate law, preferably in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department. Salary Information:
$56,600 - $80,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

Job Title:
Corporate and Contracts Paralegal

Experience:
4+ years of experience as a transactional or corporate paralegal at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

Location:
Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Job Description:

- Work directly with all members of our legal team as well as business leads
- Support business units and matrix functions by drafting and negotiating contracts
- Assist with legal and regulatory projects as they arise
- Develop a thorough understanding of all company business segments
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients
- Track and manage active legal matters
- Identify and mitigate legal and business risks

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree from an accredited, reputable university OR Paralegal certificate
- 4+ years of experience in transactional or corporate law
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management
- Experience in media, entertainment, or intellectual property law
