Law Firm Seeking Technology Training Manager for Multiple Office Locations
Are you a skilled technology professional with a passion for training and support? ****, a leading law firm with offices in Philadelphia, Wilmington, Miami, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Las Vegas, is seeking a Technology Training Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive training, service desk support, and technical assistance to our end users.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned training and just-in-time education for end users
- Provide on-site and virtual support for our Northeast offices, as well as all-office support for 2nd level calls to the Help Desk
- Monitor IT requests and troubleshoot issues with hardware and software set-up, installation, and configuration
- Communicate end user feedback and concerns to IT leadership

- Excellent communication skills, able to share information and keep team members informed while maintaining confidentiality
- Leadership abilities, including giving constructive feedback, training new employees, and anticipating future business needs

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in a technical role required
- 3+ years of experience in a technical training role and experience in a law firm environment preferred
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer
- 20% travel required
