Job Description:
- Manage intake phone calls and personal injury, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation files
- Draft correspondence, legal documents, and discovery requests and responses
- Review and summarize medical records
- Conduct legal research and maintain calendar system
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff
- Assist in the preparation of client files for depositions, mediations, and trial
Qualifications:
- Paralegal degree/certificate required
- Experience in personal injury law preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
