Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft legal pleadings. Assist with client and case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. Coordinate and schedule calendars. Review and prepare financial documents such as financial affidavits and child support worksheets. Assist attorneys with trial preparation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Must have 2+ years' as Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a family law firm. Experience with e-filing and courts in Cherokee, Cobb, Pickens, Forsyth and surrounding counties.
