Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, motions, and briefs
- Preparing for hearings and trials
- Consulting and strategizing with clients
- Communicating with opposing parties, courts, and other parties involved in the case
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on laws and regulations
- Reviewing and monitoring new laws and regulations
- Crafting correspondence and approving paralegal-crafted documents
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of family law experience in Minnesota
- Strong understanding of Minnesota state court rules and procedures
- Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Admitted to Minnesota Bar and in good standing
