- Full-time position with a competitive salary of $25 - $35 per hour
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- 2 years of immigration law experience required
- Responsibilities include preparing petitions and applications, conducting legal research, and maintaining client confidentiality

Main Responsibilities:

- Assisting attorneys with preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents

Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in immigration law
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and oral
- Strong writing skills and computer literacy
- Knowledge of case management software and legal procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required, 4-year degree preferred
- Prior experience with removal defense is a plus
