**** is currently seeking a full-time Litigation Support Case Manager to join our team in the Litigation Support Department. This position is available at our Chicago, Cleveland, or St. Louis office locations. The Litigation Support Case Manager will play a crucial role in our litigation support department, working closely with legal teams to resolve eDiscovery issues and ensure smooth document review and production processes. This is a hybrid/remote eligible position, offering the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to litigation case teams and serve as main contact for legal teams
- Generate status reports for legal teams as needed
- Assist attorneys and paralegals in planning discovery projects
- Collect and organize data and utilize Relativity Analytics for document review
- Build and maintain litigation databases
- Create document productions
- Prepare documents for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with vendors and other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Experience administering Relativity and Relativity Analytics is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a litigation environment, with at least 1 year managing electronic discovery projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and/or Excel (or similar programs) is essential
- Strong desire to continue learning as technology evolves
- Team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
