As an Administrative Assistant/Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our practice by handling a variety of administrative tasks and providing support to our attorneys. This is a full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week, and a competitive salary of - per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid time off.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Conducting client intake and gathering necessary information
• Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
• Managing accounting tasks, including using Quick Books Pro or similar program
• Performing general office duties to keep the practice running smoothly

Requirements:

• Expert level proficiency in Corel WordPerfect and/or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
• Experience working in a law firm is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with interruptions
• Positive attitude and strong sense of integrity
