Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will include but are not limited to, handling defensive litigated matters on behalf of clients, deceased borrower matters, as well as firm defense matters. Oversee and supervise all legal aspects of the firm s litigation practice. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in the state of Texas is required; admission to practice before all four Texas federal districts; excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional organizational skills; proficiency in legal research applications such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or other related systems; 0-1 year of experience.
