The Law Firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team remotely, with the option to work in one of their multiple offices in Albuquerque, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Lexington, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, or St. Louis.

Salary Information:
- Illinois: to per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
- Minnesota: to per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
- Colorado: to per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous law firm or other professional services firm experience preferred
Department: Talent Acquisition
Location: Remote or in one of the designated offices

Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate multiple interviews and locations
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and recruiting agencies
- Assist with pre-hire screenings
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interview schedules
- Ensure hiring actions follow established processes and procedures
- Coordinate administrative aspects of recruitment process
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives
- Communicate professionally and develop positive relationships
- Generate recruiting reports and provide statistics
- Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient in MS Office Suite

Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree required

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous law firm or other professional services firm experience preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or HR software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
