With a focus on complex transactional work, this role requires a candidate with at least four to seven years of experience in a law firm setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, with a particular emphasis on M&A and Venture Capital. A strong understanding of securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is also desired.

Requirements:

- Admitted to practice law in the relevant state
