Duties:
Support litigation matters related to civil rights, employment law, and public sector liability
Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Participate in case strategy meetings and client communications
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Collaborate with shareholders and associates in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials
Receive ongoing feedback and mentorship toward independent case management
Engage in professional development and contribute to team-based initiatives
Requirements:
2-5 years of litigation experience in civil defense, employment, or related legal areas
Demonstrated interest in professional liability, public entity defense, or employment law
Familiarity with Pennsylvania legal procedures and court systems
Capacity to work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (active and in good standing)
Skills:
Strong legal research and analytical abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents
Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to shifting priorities
