As a Manager in our Business Tax Services practice, you will be part of a diverse team working with high-profile clients in the alternative investment fund industry (private equity, real estate, and hedge funds).

Responsibilities:

- Oversee client portfolios of various sizes and scopes within the alternative investment fund industry
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects
- Assess tax impact of rule and law changes, develop tax arguments, and make recommendations to clients
- Facilitate risk and financial performance of engagements
- Deliver high-quality tax services to clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum five years of recent tax experience in the alternative investment industry
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM preferred
- Proficient in the taxation of partnerships and tiered investment fund structures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
