This position will work closely with the Firm's attorneys and staff in various legal matters, as well as collaborate with the Office of General Counsel on risk management and loss prevention. Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Experience Information:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or legal setting
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Firm attorneys and staff on legal issues
- Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel on risk management and loss prevention
- Maintain communication with legal liability carrier representatives
- Review and abstract data related to compliance, loss prevention, and collection efforts
- Draft reports and updates for legal liability carriers
- Manage outside counsel invoicing
- Assist in gathering and analyzing firm records and financial information
- Coordinate and track deadlines and submissions for business and Supreme Court registrations in various states
- Manage and track deadlines and responses to subpoenas
- Draft, manage, and track litigation holds and releases
- Serve as a liaison between the Office of General Counsel and administrative departments
- Provide managerial oversight and training as needed
- Provide support to the Office of General Counsel for court filings, proofreading, and scheduling
- Assist with other projects and special requests as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Ability to conduct internet research and use reference materials
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
