Immigration Paralegal - EOIR The candidate will analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the Immigration Court, BIA and 9th Circuit, when applicable. Communicate with clients and attorneys for the preparation of upcoming Master, Bond, and Individual hearings. Oversee status of cases through utilization of case management and billing systems to meet both internal and external deadlines. Follow internal office procedures. Make regular updates to our case management system including client information, case tracking information, and client communications. Maintain electronic copy files and documents to support all immigration activity on behalf of clients. Ensure that clients are kept informed on the progress of their cases. Assist attorneys and other team members to manage caseload. Complete assignments and communicate case progress on a weekly basis. Should have 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Previous experience with EOIR. Knowledge with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications is preferred. Experience with Case Management Software, such as Clio and Airtable is preferred.
