About the Role:

The Intellectual Property Team at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a highly skilled attorney with extensive experience in trademarks and copyrights. This role will be responsible for managing the company's global trademark portfolio, including search and clearance, prosecution and maintenance of applications and registrations, and handling all trademark disputes.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a front-line attorney, providing legal counsel to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s business and marketing professionals
- Assist with the maintenance of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s domestic and foreign trademark portfolio
- Conduct trademark clearance searches and draft opinions
- Handle domestic and foreign trademark disputes, including takedowns, cease and desist letters, oppositions, and cancellations
- Provide trademark and copyright support for intercompany agreements and M&A transactions
- Identify and resolve legal issues related to trademarks, copyrights, and the right of publicity
- Work with data to analyze trademark portfolio disputes and make strategic decisions
- Collaborate with colleagues on various business teams, the IP Team, and the wider Legal Team to provide comprehensive advice and solve legal problems

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of legal trademark and copyright experience in private practice and/or in-house
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating trademark-focused agreements
- Strong understanding of legal issues related to trademarks, copyrights, and the right of publicity

Salary Information:

- For San Francisco, CA-based roles: Base salary range of USD$208,000 - USD$231,000 per year
- Eligible for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s bonus program and may receive equity awards and other types of compensation
