Job Summary

The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a qualified attorney to join our nationwide VA disability benefits practice. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and generous benefits. The ideal candidate will have military or administrative law experience, as well as a strong commitment to serving veterans. Medical knowledge and interest is also beneficial for this role. The successful candidate will have strong research and writing skills, be admitted to or eligible for the Nebraska Bar, and be able to handle a high volume of cases. Leadership opportunities and additional practice areas may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of VA disability benefits cases
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Communicate with clients and represent them in hearings and appeals
• Collaborate with team members and provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys
• Attend trainings and stay updated on changes in VA disability law and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with veterans and veteran organizations

Qualifications

• Military or administrative law experience preferred
• Medical knowledge and interest beneficial
• Strong research and writing skills
• Admission to or eligibility for the Nebraska Bar
• Absolute commitment to serving veterans
